Print Lounge Studio ("we", "us", "our") designs and sells digital greeting cards and wall prints celebrating faith, culture and artistic expression.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing our website and placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

3. Our Products

• All our products are digital downloads — greeting cards and wall prints supplied as electronic files. Nothing is physically posted to you.

• Our designs are our own original artwork.

• We take great care over our designs, but please note that colours may vary slightly between what you see on screen and your final print, depending on your screen, printer, paper and settings.

• Product descriptions, sizes and file formats are provided on each product page and in our Printing Information.

4. Placing an Order

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, once we confirm your purchase and your download is made available.

• Please check your order carefully before completing payment, as our products are digital and delivered instantly.

5. Prices & Payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Payment is taken at checkout through trusted, secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

• Your files are available to download immediately after your payment is confirmed.

• We recommend saving your files to your device promptly. If you have any difficulty accessing or re-downloading your files, please contact us and we'll help.

7. Licence & Use of Our Designs

When you buy a digital design from Print Lounge Studio, you receive a personal-use licence.

You may:

• Download and print the design as many times as you like for your own personal use.

• Print greeting cards to give or send to family, friends and loved ones.

• Print and display wall art in your own home.

You may not:

• Resell, share, forward, redistribute or sub-license the files.

• Use the designs for commercial purposes or resale.

• Remove any credit, or claim the designs as your own.

All designs and artwork remain the intellectual property and copyright of Print Lounge Studio at all times.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Your Consumer Rights

• Because our products are digital and available to download instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds once your download has begun. By completing your purchase and accessing your files, you agree to receive your download immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• This does not affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

• If you experience file corruption, an incorrect file, or a missing download, please contact us and we'll provide a corrected replacement at no extra cost. If we cannot resolve the issue with a working file, we'll offer a refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and products lawfully, and not to copy, distribute, resell or misuse our designs in any way that breaches the licence in section 7 or infringes our intellectual property.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including designs, artwork, images, text and branding — is owned by Print Lounge Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use it except as permitted by the licence in section 7.

11. Our Liability

• We provide our products with reasonable care and skill, and our files are supplied as high-resolution and suitable for printing.

• We are not responsible for results that arise from your own printing equipment, paper, settings or choice of print provider — please see our Printing Information for guidance.

• We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Privacy & Data

We handle your personal information with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order is the version that applies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
